Shipping policy
At Sara Gems, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email if you have provided an email address at checkout.
UAE Shipping
We offer delivery across the UAE:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM: Delivered the next business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM: Delivered within 2 business days.
- Delivery fee: AED 20.
- Free UAE delivery: On orders of AED 200 or more.
Our courier partner will contact you via text message using the phone number provided at checkout to notify you about your delivery.

International orders generally take 2–4 business days, depending on the destination and shipping conditions.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Sara Gems is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred after the order has been shipped.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Peak shopping seasons and promotional periods
- Weekends and public holidays
- Customs inspections and clearance procedures
- Import regulations and requirements in the destination country
- Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances
- Courier operational delays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email (if an email address was provided at checkout) and/or text message from our courier. The notification will include a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available after you receive your shipping confirmation.
If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation (or within the estimated delivery timeframe for your destination), please contact us at contact@saragems.ae with your full name and order number. We will work with our shipping partner to investigate the shipment and provide you with an update as soon as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. Sara Gems is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact details. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
