RETURN POLICY
We accept return shipments within 3 days of being delivered, provided they meet our return criteria.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Earrings are non-returnable for hygienic reasons.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Once your return has been received and accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions. your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and refunded to the original payment method. The original cost of shipping is non-refundable and will not be included in any credit notes issued. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned or exchanged items.
Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have following the return instructions above. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
